A unique event unfolded as Lara Croft joined Hero Wars as a playable character! To mark this crossover, Petrick developed a trailer about Lara's and Galahad's incredible journeys through the mystical world of Dominion.

Lara Croft Design: Archaeologist With Guns
Ilya Buzinov, Director: The theme of the trailer is “guns vs. fantasy” - hence the emphasis on Lara shooting monsters, and in one scene, she literally blocks a sword with her guns crossed.

Galahad Design: Look Mom, I'm A Knight!
Ilya Buzinov, Director: The contrast of characters was important in the scenes: Lara is always very serious and precise, while Gal provides comic moments and silly reactions.

Orc Design: Physical Damage Dealers
Misha Petrick, Creative Director: Along the way, the heroes encounter orcs, skeletons, and other undead creatures. But two guns and one sword easily deal with any pile of muscles or bones!

The skeleton appears in the trailer for only a second, but Petrick liked this design so much that we decided to show it off here in all its glory.

Story And Animatic: A Trailer, But Not A Real One
Ilya Buzinov, Director: We decided to create a fake trailer. This format allowed us to cover many different locations and emotions in a short time, without worrying about how the heroes get to each of them
Environment Design: One Style To Rule Them All
Denis Pisarev, Art Director: The main challenge was to unify different settings into a single style. To ensure everything was organic and consistent in the end, we had to spend a lot of time in RnD mode, but it all turned out great in the end!

Creative and Production: Petrick Animation Studio.
